Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive search processes for our esteemed clients in the agribusiness and agrifood industries
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships, offering customised recruitment solutions.
- Utilise your in-depth understanding of industry trends to serve our clients with the finest candidates.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to a culture of creativity and shared success.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in recruitment or executive search, particularly within agribusiness, wine or Agri food related fields.
- Exceptional client network and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced work environment and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, ethical judgement, and an emphasis on discretion.
- Strong team player with an eagerness to share knowledge and lift your colleagues.
