CANADEM

CANADEM is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1997 to connect international agencies to civilian experts. It is the largest roster of screened international civilian experts in the world and an official partner of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. The UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations study found CANADEM to be the most effective roster mechanism due to its large roster population, pro-active approach, and rapid screening techniques.
