Infonet Consulting Group was founded by former IT contractors & hiring managers. Unimpressed with staffing firms for a variety of reasons, we decided to: - Eliminate conversion fees for hiring contractors. - Abolish Non-Compete clauses in our agreements. - Pass along 85-90% of the client bill rate to contractors. - Provide transparency in all rate negotiations. - Only hire experienced IT professionals as recruiters.
