Luvivi Proprietary Limited, trading as Luvivi Governance Services ('Luvivi') provides services in the areas of corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance. Luvivi was founded in February 2015 by Lerato Manaka, Thembeka Mgoduso and Sibani Mngomezulu, to address the growing need to provide independent professional services to companies around corporate governance and regulatory compliance. We are a 100% black-owned business with a black women shareholding of 51%.
