ReFresh Talent Agency was created to meet the unique talent needs of the corporate and small business market, making the modeling world accessible to a wider range of clients. After years of working on various marketing campaigns, hiring models and directing photo shoots, Founder Alice Kim Cowell realized the need for an agency that would act as a partner and work with the client every step of the way. The common challenges she encountered from agency to agency inspired our Fresh Ideas, which provide the foundation for how we do business at ReFresh.
