Shoreline Workforce Development Services

Goodwill Industries of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties offer Shoreline Workforce Development Services to assist people with barriers to employment. Services include evaluation, vocational exploration, on-the-job training, placement assistance and supported employment. Our goal is to maximize use of abilities rather than focus on barriers. We provide a positive learning environment to help people acquire skills for competitive employment.
