Temp2Higher is a program of the North End Community Development Collaborative that combines staffing industry best practices and workforce development sector using a person-centered focus. It seeks to value people's strengths, attract and retain talent, and transition temporary workers to permanent full time employment. Temp2Higher is a social venture that takes staffing to the next level with its Staffing + Workforce Development = Social Venture Staffing philosophy.
