We're seeking a talented Technical Leader to spearhead our mission in the mobility and parking industry. You'll lead our engineering team, make crucial technical decisions, and build a platform that connects diverse data streams, hardware, and software for various stakeholders.

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead the charge: Define our technology vision, collaborate with leadership, and actively write code alongside your team.
• Craft the future: Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality and innovation.
• Build a dream team: Recruit, coach, and inspire top developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• Embrace the tech stack: Master modern technologies like Vue.js/React/Angular, Typescript, Node.js, and AWS to build a robust platform.
• Bridge the gap: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and address technical concerns.

We're looking for someone with:

• 7+ years of experience, ideally with a CS degree.
• Proven leadership experience in a technical role.
• Strong software development skills and deep tech knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with microservices in AWS.
• Are familiar with setting up infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
