Focused on accelerating digital transformation projects through our innovative Digital Factory model. As part of our Tech. team, you'll play a crucial role as an IT Security Expert, contributing to our most prominent international projects. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Identifying and mitigating IT Security risks within client environments
• Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IT Security technologies
• Defining security requirements across interfaces, processes, and software development
• Enhancing our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring ISO 27000 certification
• Facilitating security training sessions and fostering a culture of awareness and preparedness
• Collaborating closely with development teams to align IT Security strategies and ensure seamless implementation
• Supporting internal and external audits to validate implemented IT security measures

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Security Expert
• Proficiency in Software Development or/and Quality Assurance (2+ years)
• Deep understanding of IT Security technologies and web application security
• Familiarity with common security tools and standards such as OWASP ASVS, CWE Top 25
• Ability to analyze and address IT Security issues effectively
• Experience with Azure Policies, Azure Defender for Cloud, Container Security, and DevSecOps (preferred)
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27000x (optional)
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to agile, cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English
