Key Responsibilities:

 

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
• Support data governance and ensure compliance with data standards and regulations

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes (experience with Databricks is preferred)
• Relevant industry certifications or training
