This leads us to this opportunity for you to catapult this company to new heights as a Warehouse Manager.

Taking up a position in this relatively new territory, you’ll have ample opportunities to grow the business and make them the number one provider of e-cigarettes in Germany. This is your role to develop however you’d like – our client want you to grow alongside the business.

As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of 15+ passionate individuals, each of whom are raring to grow this company as quickly as possible. You’ll nurture their development, provide them with training opportunities and continuously expand the team to exceed growth plans.

Your work will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all business operations, managing the stock from receipt to storage to shipping and delivery. You’ll create a seamless process that can be followed by everybody who joins your team as it grows.

About The Role:

• You will oversee daily warehouse operations, being responsible for a team of 15 pickers and packers and 3 supervisors. You’ll continue to grow these numbers by improving business operations and creating a vibrant environment where people want to work.
• Finding new ways to make warehouse operations more efficient, you’ll work hard to find alternative prediction solutions that can drive growth for many years to come.
• As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for continuously developing your team by providing them with new skills and a greater motivation for work.
• Being actively involved in the recruitment process as your team grows, you’ll develop a culture where people want to work.
• Overseeing the complete warehouse process, you’ll manage stock from receipt to effective storage and despatch, ensuring complete accuracy at all times.
• By nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you can continuously advance warehouse operations by creating detailed performance results that will help you achieve greater results.
• As the Warehouse Manager, it is your duty to provide a clean and tidy workspace whilst adhering to all health and safety policies and maintaining an environment where your team feel comfortable working.

You Will Need To Have/Be:

• A minimum of 2 years of success in a Warehouse Manager role.
• Experience in selling to both B2B and B2C customers.
• A strong understanding of KPIs and a determination to continuously level up the business.
• Demonstrable proof of leading a team and achieving first-class results.
• Unbeatable communication skills and capable of building lasting relationships with a range of external stakeholders.
• The motivation to always go the extra mile.
