Whether it’s routing and negotiating new stock, handling inbound enquiries or ensuring the company’s first-class delivery times are met, this role is dynamic, and one that a hungry and motivated individual should be raring to step into.

About The Role:

  • You’ll be responsible for answering inbound enquiries from both trade partners and general queries, ensuring all customers receive nothing short of an exceptional experience.
  • You’ll oversee the entire acquisition process, from sourcing new parts from suppliers to selling stock to clients.
  • To increase profits in your role, you’ll negotiate with suppliers to attain greater profit margins and  strengthen your outgoings.
  • You’ll build and nurture with suppliers to beat your competitors to premium stock.
  • Oftentimes, your clients may not understand the exact parts they need. You’ll use your relationship with them and understanding of your stick to pair them with the perfect part.
  • You’ll optimise the delivery driver rota to ensure the company’s industry-leading delivery times are maintained.

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • A strong understanding of the commercial motor factors and an understanding of how to sell to customers in the industry.
  • Proof of dealing with mass amounts of inbound enquiries.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • A valid UK’s drivers licence is ideal, but not essential.
  • A hunter and “go-getter” mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of working individually or in a team.
