In this role, you’ll work with several key internal and external stakeholders to oversee the entire sales process. Whether you’re actively cold-calling prospects or visiting them on-site to close deals, your work is critical to expanding your portfolio.

About The Role:

  • This role will oversee the full sales cycle, so you must be prepared to cold call, network, book, sit and visit clients on-site.
  • You’ll use your experience and personality to foster long-term client relationships to increase the business pipeline.
  • Overseeing a large sales process, you’ll have the full support of a tender and bids in-house team to support any big proposals.
  • As one of the faces of the company in the community, your work will be vital to promoting brand image across a range of agreed markets.
  • You will encourage innovation to develop and grow the business beyond core activities and secure.
  • You shall use your experience to provide direction and expertise to areas of operation.

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • Demonstrable sales successes in a facilities management role. (minimum 4 years).
  • Experience working with revenue-based KPIs.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Experience in NHS and defence would be advantageous.
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills.
  • An innovator who wants to develop new ideas and approaches.
