About The Role:

  • You’ll use your previous sales experience to work to a 4-6 week sales cycle, working to a rigorous process that drives results
  • This Business Development Manager role is one for a committed employee, as you’ll develop a business plan for your area, possessing the drive to build a fruitful and high-value pipeline
  • To achieve this, you’ll proactively reach out to new clients, cold-calling them and using your personality to pair them with their perfect solution
  • You’ll use your collaborative nature to its full potential by working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • You will build genuine, meaningful and long-lasting relationships with your clients to extend the customer journey for as long as possible

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • Previous experience in similar new business or business development roles
  • Proof of hitting (or even better, exceeding) targets
  • Confident, charismatic and capable of delivering outstanding results
  • First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Hungry and eager to progress your career
