About The Role:

• You will manage both the Regensburg and Munich stores, enhancing the in-store sales process and increasing the results
• You’ll oversee, guide and nurture a team of budding salespeople, helping them reach new heights in their careers
• Uncovering new ways to increase profits, you’ll connect with customers, gain honest feedback and shape the future of your stores
• As a Senior Retail Store Manager, you’ll need to create an environment where people want to work to continue to grow the team
• You’ll conduct performance reviews, seeing where your team need extra support and how you can help them overcome common sales obstacles

You Will Need To Have/Be:

• Previous experience in retail management across multiple locations simultaneously 
• Fluent in both English and German
• Demonstrable proof of increasing retail sales
• A strong understanding of KPIs and experience exceeding target
• Unbeatable communication skills and capable of building lasting relationships with a range of audiences
• The motivation to always go the extra mile
