Summary:

Our client are a South Korean company who specialise in manufacturing composite materials and parts, and they’re on a mission to change the landscape.

Having been in operation for nearly 40 years and with over 500 staff on their books, they’ve seen plenty of change in the market, and they’re now ready to shape it their way, but they need your help as an Internal Sales Assistant to achieve these goals.

This Internal Sales Assistant role is fast-paced and dynamic, with several engaging activities that will keep you on your toes.

The role is split into two distinct avenues – sales and customer service.

On the sales front, you’ll handle inbound customer enquiries, selling them the services they enquire about to win as much business as possible.

When working your customer service duties, you’ll liaise with suppliers and head office to ensure a consistent stock is maintained to uphold your leading delivery times.

About The Role:

  • You’ll prospect to new customers who have inquired about your services, delivering first-class pitches to win as much business as possible
  • You shall provide assistance to the external sales teams regarding logistics and communication
  • This role requires you to be accurate and fast-paced, as you’ll process orders accurately and concisely
  • You’ll use your warm personality and winning nature to confidently and efficiently manage customer expectations
  • It’s your responsibility to liaise with head office to check stock availability, ensuring customer demands can be met at all times
  • You will need to grow and nurture relationships with suppliers to help support the customer journey

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • An understanding of the chemicals, plastics or B2B consumables sectors is preferred
  • Ambitions with a desire to learn and grow alongside the business
  • First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literate and unafraid of picking up the phone
