Summary:

Our client are a South Korean company who specialise in manufacturing composite materials and parts, and they’re on a mission to change the landscape.

With over 500 employees, $250 million in net sales and a strong working relationship with Hyundai, it’s fair to say our client are a key player in their industry.

Having been in operation for nearly 40 years, they’ve seen plenty of change in the market, and they’re now ready to shape it their way, but they need your help as a Field Sales Manager to achieve these goals.

The role is a unique opportunity packed with the potential to shape your career however you choose.

You’ll be tasked with building a pipeline of hot prospects through your pre-established connections in targeted industries. You’ll use your experience to cold-call your prospective clients, to warm up to the idea of purchasing from you. You must then also sit the meetings you book.

This role requires you to be unafraid of working with high-level executives, both internally and from your list of prospects.

About The Role:

  • It’s your responsibility to prospect contacts in select industries, using your experience and connections to win new business
  • Generating your own leads, you must be unafraid of building a successful pipeline that results in increased revenue
  • You shall proactively reach out to prospects, constructing an unbeatable sales pitch and generating interest in your services
  • In this Field Sales Manager role, you’ll be responsible for negotiating and closing the business you win, so you must be comfortable in front of CU-suite executives
  • You will work closely with senior business members to enhance your sales process and develop new skills

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • A minimum of 3.5 years experience in a similar sales management role
  • An understanding of the packaging, manufacturing or engineering sectors
  • Capable of working on your own or as part of a team
  • Familiar with working with KPIs and capable of consistently hitting targets
  • Capable of building rapport with a range of prospect
  • First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
