They take a unique approach to what they do by guaranteeing customer satisfaction and delivering industry-leading results. This makes them different – their clients don’t have to trouble themselves by dealing with call centres, as each client has a dedicated point of contact.

Our client are now looking to build upon their success, and they need your help as an Area Sales Manager to achieve this.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, pitching and selling services to potential customers, negotiating deals with clients and meeting with them face-to-face to help close and sweeten the deal. Our client are very much “work hard, play hard”, so if you put the effort into your work, you will reap all the rewards!

If you have 3+ years of experience in the private leasing industry, a “can-do” attitude, and a desire to expand your skills further at a powerhouse of an organisation, then we want to hear from you.

About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for targeting businesses with fleet sizes between 50 – 300 vehicles to win their leasing business
  • You shall conduct outreach campaigns and use various sales techniques to discover untapped potential
  • You will visit clients on-site to help you secure new deals and maintain existing relationships
  • You shall use your experience and industry knowledge to expand the client base and drive more business
  • You will need to conduct outbound calling to reach out to potential clients and book appointments to secure their services

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ worth of successes in a privately owned contract hire background
  • Demonstrable proof of billings in a challenging market
  • Determination, resilience and the ability to always do your best
  • Infrequent travel to offices in Cheshire is required, so you must be willing to make this commute
  • Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to adapt your approach to accommodate the needs of customers and clients
  • Excellent teamwork skills and also capable of working alone
