About The Role:

  • In this Regional Sales Manager role, you’ll ensure the achievement of regional sales targets for yourself and all salespeople you oversee
  • You will identify opportunities to generate new business and grow the customer pipeline, enabling the sales teams to prosper
  • As the Regional Sales Manager, you must provide the regional sales team with inspiration, clear direction and support regarding the implementation of key strategic initiatives 
  • You will recruit, onboard, coach and mentor all salespeople in your regional sales team to build an unbeatable salesforce
  • You shall build and nurture relationships with key customers, building rapport with a range of clients to increase the expected lifecycle of as many customers as possible
  • This role will require you to collaborate with other branches of the business, using your internal relationships to ensure business demands can be met

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • A minimum of 2 years of success in a similar sales leadership role
  • Dental market knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible in your approach to leadership and willing to give and take with a committed team
  • A people person who can guide others
  • Driven by results, goals and success
  • First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
