Boulo is sourcing candidates for a Marketing Associate to join our client, a family-owned and Knoxville-based event company that creates vibrant, family-focused experiences through themed activities. Employment Type: Full-Time, 30-40 hours per week
Flexibility: Hybrid - In-office on Tues and Thurs in Knoxville, TN
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our client's Knoxville-based team that brings magical family-friendly events to cities across the country and will directly support the CMO on key marketing initiatives that directly impact sales.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate:
- Work alongside the CMO to achieve attendance and revenue goals
- Maintain the marketing campaign calendar for all upcoming events and meeting deadlines as it relates to initiatives within the calendar
- Meta ad management - setup + daily monitoring to report weekly to CMO
- Manage all email marketing campaigns + weekly reporting and analysis to CMO
- Website maintenance
- Partnership research and outreach (mom’s groups + influencers)
- Organic social media management (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) + growth strategies
- Referral program management
Qualifications of the Marketing Associate:
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as MailChimp, Meta ads manager, Wordpress and Canva
- Competent in Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Organized with a Can-Do Attitude and the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
