Universal Banker/Client Service Representative

IN-OFFICE | FULL-TIME

Boulo Solutions is partnering with medium sized bank located in Birmingham, AL that specializes in curated banking experiences for commercial and private clients, who is looking to hire a Universal Banker/Client Lead Representative to join their team.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Flexibility: 8-5 schedule family friendly work culture
Pay: $40,000-53,000 based on experience (salaried exempt full time position)
Benefits: 20 PTO days plus bank holidays, 401K with 4% match, 60% of health insurance paid by company.

You will:

• Open and service accounts of all types
• Respond to client inquiries whether in person, via telephone, or online
• Represent the Bank to guests and ensure an exceptional client service experience
• Maintain client information and provide regular reports and insights

Requirements Include:

• Extensive customer interaction experience, with ability to research and resolve issues
• PC proficient with attention to accuracy (previous Jack Henry or FIS experience helpful)
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to cultivate ongoing customer relationships, as demonstrated in previous work responsibilities
• Self-starter able to organize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor and appearance
• Banking experience strongly preferred, especially teller/CSR/Universal Banker
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Background check
