Client Service (RFP/Marketing)

Privately-owned boutique asset manager with U.S. small/mid-cap equity mutual funds seeks entrepreneurial-minded Client Service professional to join team focused on RFPs/DDQs and creating marketing presentations. This role is in-office five days/week.

Responsibilities:
Analyze/present/report on performance/attribution/strategy data for company investment products, catering to internal business partners and prospective/existing clients
Assist Client Service Manager in completing requests for proposals (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), updating client databases/questionnaires, and client performance reporting
Address client-specific inquiries from consultants/advisors, ensuring prompt/accurate responses
Collaborate with sales team; provide internal marketing support by updating marketing materials (fact sheets/presentations/newsletters), doing sales reporting, etc.
Interact with portfolio management/sales/compliance colleagues as needed
Maintain all client information/activities in Salesforce CRM system

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with high GPA (3.5+) and 2+ years of experience within financial services, ideally investment performance reporting/analysis or RFP writing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with FactSet and/or Morningstar a plus
Progress towards CFA and/or CIPM designation encouraged, with an expense reimbursement program available upon successful completion of each level
Excellent written/verbal communication skills; strong analytical/problem-solving skills; attention to detail; strong work ethic; able to multi-task and work efficiently; passionate about writing; ability to manage time effectively; outstanding collaboration skills

Our client will pay market rate base salary (depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus.
