Senior Wealth Advisor

A boutique registered investment advisor (RIA) is in search of a Senior Wealth Advisor to oversee both new and existing client interactions, provide guidance and supervision to staff, and lead client/prospect meetings as an integral component of our strategic wealth management approach.

Responsibilities:
Supervise team of Wealth Advisors; structure/build cohesive and successful advisory department
Serve as lead advisor for established client relationships and assist with acquiring new firm relationships
Onboard new clients and conduct regular review meetings for existing relationships
Develop/present/review suitable financial plan and/or investment strategy for clients
Develop/convert prospects into clients to facilitate firm growth
Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed/documented
Conduct internal meetings with other advisors/staff members as needed to discuss client cases
Coordinate with other professionals as needed to discuss advanced planning
Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients; develop COI relationships to build business opportunities for referral relationships
Engage with management team to develop innovative strategies/methods for growing firm

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
10+ years of experience as a Senior Wealth Advisor 
Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 or Series 65, required
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is preferred
Prior experience with various custodial platforms, particularly NFS and Schwab, is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
Comprehensive expertise in financial planning analysis and modeling, focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) clients
Familiarity with Broker Dealer and Investment Advisory Regulations
Exceptional communication, time management, organizational, and leadership abilities

Target base salary range for this role is between $150-160k and flexible depending on candidate experience, skillset, etc. In addition, there is a performance-oriented bonus, revenue sharing for closed leads, and benefits package.
