Seeking dynamic/enterprising IRS Enrolled Agent passionate about making a difference in clients' lives. Ideal candidate will have robust understanding of tax planning/preparation, business formation, and outsourced services. Perfect for someone who thrives in assessing client situations and tailoring strategies to individual needs, while optimizing/minimizing tax liabilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed assessments of client situation; collaborate with clients to identify/select clear and achievable objectives
Develop/implement comprehensive tax-efficient strategies; offer advice/tailored recommendations on tax planning/small business planning with keen focus on tax implications
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of tax law changes
Clearly communicate planning recommendations, ensuring clients are fully informed
Offer monitoring, support, and annual reviews to adapt plans as needed
Qualifications:
IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) status required
Proven experience in tax consulting/planning/preparation
Excellent analytical/organizational/communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset a critical requirement
