Client Service Specialist

Boutique RIA seeks customer service oriented professional to support the client relationship management team through processing various administrative and operational activities.

Responsibilities:
Execute a wide variety of client service processes including account opening, money movement, material prep for client review meetings, maintaining account records, and researching client issues
Develop a strong understanding of the required steps involved in addressing each client request in a timely fashion
Learn how to communicate with the relationship management and operations teams as appropriate to obtain the necessary information to properly execute a request
Obtain a strong knowledge of the various business applications critical to client and account servicing
Identify potential service efficiency and process improvements
Various office administration projects and tasks

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; or relevant experience supporting financial advisors
2-3 years of experience in wealth management, preferably in client services or a client-facing role
Proven competency using Microsoft Office applications (at an intermediate or advanced level)
Proficiency with Tamarac AdvisorView, CRM, and Rebalancer, Fidelity Wealthscape, TD Ameritrade VeoOne would be a plus
General knowledge of RIA Firm operations is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills; team player/collaborator; able to juggle multiple projects/multi-tasker; tech savvy; able to thrive in fast-paced environment; self-sufficient; resourceful; strong follow-up skills

The target base salary range, flexible depending on candidate experience and skillset, is between $60-80k. The position also offers bonuses (performance of individual as well as year-end company performance) and benefits package including health insurance, retirement contribution, etc.
