Sourcer / Research Associate (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Recruiting firm seeks part-time hire to support team on project-oriented work geared towards identifying and communicating with candidates for job openings. Candidates based in Illinois, North Carolina, or New York preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with building candidate and client spreadsheets
Compile/clean data in existing spreadsheets/online databases
With guidance, use LinkedIn to identify and research prospective candidates
Import candidate resumes into applicant tracking system; maintain profile data integrity
Perform general research for firm and ad hoc projects as directed
Communicate internally with colleagues via video chat and phone
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communications skills; outgoing and motivated personality; focused with attention to detail; task/project-oriented; strong computer skills/tech savvy and research skills a plus
Prior Microsoft Office experience required; prior experience with CRM or ATS (Bullhorn, Loxo) software a plus
Prior office work or exposure to MS Office and LinkedIn a plus but not required
