The Business and Employment Centre is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's retail store.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively meet and greet customers to ensure their needs are being cared for.
- Ensure the store is sufficiently manned at all times to deal with the level of customer traffic.
- Ensure the displays meet visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the inventory levels are maintained.
- Coach and support the team through difficult and challenging situations.
- Motivate and recognize teams for outstanding customer interactions or problem solving.
- Create positively competitive activities in the stores to excite the teams to sell.
- Fill into any of the other roles as the customer traffic and needs arise.
- Maintain an eye on the market trends and pricing of market competitors.
- Perform end of day checks and balances in accordance with Company’s store policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Successfully completed a Bachelor ’s Degree or an acceptable mix of qualifications and experience.
- Possess a basic knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
- Successfully managed a high-performing team for more than 3 years.
- Experience in automotive equipment and servicing methods would be an asset.
- Proficiency at Excel, Word, and Power Point
