Experience:

Labrador Grenfell Health is seeking the services of a full time Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team consists of Family physicians, Mental Health Counselors, and other allied health professionals. Responsibilities include outpatient psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning and medication management services, inpatients care, consulting services for the region, telepsychiatry and ambulatory care clinics in at least the 3 main facilities – Labrador Health Center, Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital and Labrador West Health Center. This position requires travel within Labrador Grenfell Health region.

 

Skills required:

Medical Degree with specialist training in Psychiatry. Applicants should have residency training completed in either of the following countries: in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong and Switzerland. 

Eligible for registration and license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador;
