The Clinic, located in densely populated neighborhood of Rutland Park, Southwest Calgary, shares their Plaza location with a compounding pharmacy as well as several popular restaurants and stores. The location is within walking distance from Mount Royal University (MRU), several senior homes that have provided a steady stream of patients over the years.
The Clinic is further surrounded by high end prestigious neighborhoods with great public and private schools and only 15 minutes to downtown Calgary. Their mission is to make a strong and positive impact to the community by providing professional and efficient healthcare through neighborhood partnerships.
The clinic owners are very flexible and willing to enter a business model that will suit your financial and professional goals. The billing model and potential relocation/stabilization incentives will be discussed with the client. The owners are open to candidates interested in leasing the space and operating a self-run practice or having a managed practice (whatever the candidate prefers). There is even the opportunity to choose to be a Medical Director and become part of the overall direction of further expansionor a partnership opportunity could be also available.
