Our client is seeking several experienced Cardiology Physicians to join a very busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinic-based outpatient care to patients with cardiac conditions. Cardiology Outpatient Clinic
Establish and maintain a full-time cardiology practice in the community of Lethbridge;
Provide outpatient cardiac services; including consultative clinical services, ECG, Holler and Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring interpretation
Pending Hospital Privileging
Provide inpatient consultations (including cardia critical care)
Perform exercise stress testing
Provide on-call support
Work closely with other medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Participate within the established Heart Function Clinic, Cardiac Device Clinic, and Cardiac Rehabilitation Program;
Participate in quality improvement programs and initiatives.
The successful candidate:
Must have or be eligible for Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with a Fellowship in Cardiology;
Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
