The Saint John, NB area is actively seeking a Chronic Pain Specialist Anesthesiologist. JOB DUTIES:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients with chronic pain conditions.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Administer a range of pain management procedures, including nerve blocks, epidurals, and spinal cord stimulation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
QUALIFICATIONS:

A medical degree is required.

Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or American Board Certification in Anesthesiology; In circumstances where no qualified Canadian trained applicants are available, equivalent certification may be considered as long as they qualify for licensure in the Province of New Brunswick.

The candidate must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick.
