Responsibilities:
Utilizing estimating software (STACK Takeoff).
Utilize Estimating Coordinator to obtain pricing for materials.
Completing and submitting proposals & completing in a timely manner.
Participating in project meetings.
Overseeing Project Managers that are managing jobs.
Job site visits on an ongoing basis, based on project requirements.
Generating project opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction.
Roofing and sheet metal experience preferred.
Must be proficient with word processing software and spreadsheet software.
