Job Title: LMS Administrator-Cornerstone Certified
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)
Duration & Type: 4 Month Contract

Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a LMS Admin for our direct client in the healthcare and retail pharmacy industry. This is 4 month contract position. In this role you will be responsible for Cornerstone system administration and optimization needs including but not limited to, system configurations, new release management, consulting on best practices, robust Reporting 2.0 report build outs, including calculated fields. What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Troubleshoot system admin issues, automations, and reporting criteria.
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot learning objects within the system.
  • Set-up and work with dynamic groups, learning assignments, large scale course deployments, and curricula.
  • Content management including online course loading, curriculum development, and other training management.
  • Review functionality in new releases and assist client with new feature enablement and rollout.
  • Create Reporting 2.0 reports - ad-hoc and recurring learning path reports with calculated fields.
  • Provide recommendations on ways to optimize and automate system workflows.
  • Create job aids and training guides to assist end-users and administrators
What Qualifications You Need
  • Must have experience working in LMS admin with Cornerstone platform 
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with learning management systems in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years working as a Cornerstone OnDemand LMS admin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Highly desired: Cornerstone OnDemand Learning certification
