Location: Charlotte, NC (Candidates need to be local. 100% onsite Monday – Friday.)
Duration & Type: Initial 9-Month Contract with possible extensions up to 2 years

Summary
Our client is seeking recent college graduates to provide staff logistics for training events onsite at a training facility in Mooresville, NC. The ideal candidate will possess good organizational, communication and teaming skills to support logistics for the event(s).

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Work under the direction of the site Administrator to set-up event logistics at the local hotel and training facility.
  • Coordinate efforts at the airport to ensure all incoming participant trainees are directed to the transportation for the hotel.
  • Assist trainees with basic transport and hotel logistic inquiries during the event.
  • Arrange trainee materials for the training sessions.
  • Assist with overall event logistics as directed by the site event Administrator.
  • Attend to participants logistical needs during the event.
  • Perform local shopping tasks with team members to ensure adequate supplies for event set-up.
  • Organize and tidy banquet room for event dinners and meetings.
  • Set-up and assist at group meals and gatherings.
  • Work with the team to promote timely transfer of participants for all events.
  • Support the event schedule. Perform basic computer tasks which support the event.
What Qualifications You Need
  • Organizational skills required.
  • Event supplies and materials management.
  • Attention to detail. Timely and dependable.
  • Ability to follow directions and work within a team.
  • Basic use of MS Word and Excel a plus.
  • Positive and welcoming demeanor with all event personnel.
  • Be onsite in event locations 35-40hrs weekly.
  • Ability to work varied shifts.
