Job Title: Commercial Data Specialist
Location: Riverside, IL (Candidates need to be local. Role is onsite every Monday.)
Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM OR 9 AM - 5 PM

Duration & Type: Initial 3-Month Contract with possible extensions and/or potential for conversion to permanent depending on performance as well as project budget and needs.

Summary
In this role, you will be a key interface between the Sales Representatives and the data-driven decision-making process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be fielding data requests from Sales and responding with delivery of accurate data from Salesforce in a preformatted Excel tool.

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing Team to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and provide timely and accurate data support.
  • Utilize Salesforce to extract, and format sales data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and relevance for delivery to sales reps
  • Additional responsibilities may include maintenance of Excel-based reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership appraisal.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.
What Qualifications You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. A combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with Salesforce and/or SAP products nice to have
