Clutch is looking for a Media Supervisor for a client of ours.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Media Specialists.
• Evaluate client objectives to determine the appropriate paid digital marketing strategy.
• Oversee the RFP process and assess opportunities.
• Develop client-facing recommendations and internal process documents.
• Measure campaign KPIs using platforms like Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent the agency at industry events.
• Recommend new technologies and process improvements.
• Communicate with clients regularly and mentor junior staff.
• Work with the traditional media team to create holistic marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of paid digital media campaign management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding client goals.
• Strong experience in the digital space with general knowledge in traditional media.
• Strong experience with organic & paid media, SEM.
• Agency background preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in various digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with paid social platforms and third-party reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
