Role/Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO or Denver, CO

Salary Range: up to $65k

Option for remote, but preference for the above locations.

Clutch is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
Foster continuous improvement and effective communication.
Effectively manage budgets and maximize ROI for clients.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives and manage timelines.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, provide clients with regular updates/insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular reporting and recommend optimizations.

Required skills:

Have prior marketing/advertising agency experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and strategy.
Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in a client-facing account management or brand management role.
Must have experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
