Senior Copywriter

Role/Title: ACD, Sr. Copywriter
Remote (EST preferred)
Salary: up to 150k DOE

Clutch is seeking an ACD, Sr. Copywriter with advertising or marketing agency experience for an opportunity with a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration

• Collaborate with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns

• Fully execute projects and own them, start to finish

• Manage and work independently, under tight timelines, while juggling multiple projects

• Estimate copy hours, participate in client meetings, and lead concept presentations

• Assign creative teams best suited for each project based on ability and workload

• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the copy team

• Collaborate closely with art, editorial, and traffic departments to ensure that deadlines/budgets are met

• Provide written and face-to-face feedback for performance reviews,

• Identify and Interview prospective creative candidates

• Work with creative management to address performance, workflow, and quality issues

• Lead the creative teams in development of concepts and execution of all projects

• Demonstrate to clients that you understand their products

Required skills:

• 5+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience.

• Bachelors degree in advertising, communications, or related field required

• A proven track record of creative ability, judgment, and successful client contact experience

• Ability to work collaboratively with full creative team

• Excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative teams and multiple accounts
