Role/Title: Creative Services Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: Up to $40/hourly DOE

Clutch is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to work with Creative Services Project Manager to report on status of assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

Account/Project management
Development of brochures, collateral, and sales materials
Conduct website maintenance, updates, and overall design
Manage resources and track job profitability
Create and manage project plans utilizing SmartSheet, Workamajig, InVision and Figma
Direct creative teams based on client feedback

Requirements:

5+ years as an agency Project Manager, or similar role
Authorized to work in the United States of America
Able to start ASAP
Are a strategic thinker and can handle multiple priorities at a time
Familiar with project/account management tools and software
Are comfortable working face to face with clients and stakeholders
Organized and goal oriented
Must be commutable to the King of Prussia, PA area
