Clutch is looking for a full-time Paid Social Manager for a client of ours.

As a Paid Social Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients and account teams to devise impactful paid social marketing strategies. Your role will involve developing, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various social media platforms. Monitoring ad placements, budgets, and performance metrics will be essential, allowing you to address any issues promptly. Leveraging social media analytics tools, you'll analyze data and extract meaningful insights to inform campaign optimization. Staying abreast of emerging social media trends and technological advancements will be crucial to enhance client strategies. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and proficiency in the field. Generating detailed reports outlining campaign performance and key insights will be part of your responsibilities. You'll evaluate paid media analytics against KPIs using various reporting tools, including Google Analytics, and formulate actionable recommendations for clients to capitalize on growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leverage social media analytics tools to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and technological advancements to enhance client strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their growth and proficiency.
- Generate detailed reports outlining campaign performance and key insights.
- Evaluate paid media analytics against KPIs using various reporting tools, including Google Analytics.
- Formulate actionable recommendations for clients to capitalize on growth opportunities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of two to three years of experience in digital media management.
- Proficient in managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms.
- Google Ads Search, Display, and Video certification is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms is desirable.
