Hybrid, 4x a week in office

Clutch is looking for a full-time Paid Search Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and account teams to devise impactful paid marketing strategies.
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across various media platforms.
• Monitor ad placements, budgets, and performance metrics, addressing any issues promptly.
• Leverage analytics tools to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technological advancements to enhance client strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their growth and proficiency.
• Generate detailed reports outlining campaign performance and key insights.
• Evaluate paid media analytics against KPIs using various reporting tools, including Google Analytics.
• Formulate actionable recommendations for clients to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Required

•  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• 2+ years of experience in digital media management.
• Proficient in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and advertising platforms.
• Google Ads Search, Display, and Video certification preferred.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms is preferred.
• Experience working in an advertising, marketing, or media agency required.
