Contract

Role/Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Greater Philadelphia
Rate: Up to $40/hr
Remote okay but must be local to Greater Philadelphia area.

Clutch is looking for a contract Marketing Operations Specialist that has experience in optimizing marketing processes and projects for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Manager and team on strategic marketing projects.
  • Manage marketing tactical projects and process.
  • Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms and other marketing technologies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for marketing software.
  • Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Budget tracking and communicating strategy planning cycle.
  • Vendor management and administrative support.
Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations with an agency or corporation.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience with budgeting and timeline management
  • Experience supporting the operations team and vendors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and remote communications tools
