Clutch is looking for a 3D Graphic Designer for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop visually stunning designs for experiential marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure creative alignment.
Manage and mentor a team of designers and artists.
Oversee all aspects of visual production, from ideation to execution.
Stay on top of industry trends and embrace innovative design techniques.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in experiential design or a related field.
Proven track record of creating impactful and engaging experiences.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and storytelling capabilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Sketch).
Experience working within an agency environment.
Understanding of experiential marketing principles and trends.
Experience managing budgets and timelines.
