Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor with advertising agency experience for a client of ours.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients on business and operational initiatives.
• Implement process improvement and effective communication.
• Track client goals, growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, timelines, budgets.
• Evaluate estimates from creative teams and vendors.
• Ensure growth, and strong client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and project manage different accounts.
• Focus on strategic planning initiatives.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in advertising, communications, or marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and innovative tools.
• 6+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting.
• Consumer brand experience across industry sets including national retailers required.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Social media focus preferred (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Previous experience overseeing a team of Account Executives and vendors.
