Clutch is looking for an Executive Assistant for a client of ours.
Key Duties:
- Manage calendars, travel itinerary, and communication (including setting up meetings and editing documents).
- Coordinate Board & Committee meetings (logistics, agenda, materials, minutes).
- Liaison between staff, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence (demonstrating PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite expertise).
- Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and ensure grammatical accuracy in all written communication (demonstrating strong business acumen).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Advanced scheduling skills with the ability to prioritize and keep executives on track in a relaxed and professional manner.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent grammar and strong business acumen, with the ability to write professional emails and reports.
