Summary
Our client is looking for a strategic leader to spearhead their digital marketing efforts. As the Head of Digital Marketing you'll be a strategic mastermind who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll not only craft winning digital marketing strategies for their clients, but also build and manage a high-performing team to execute them flawlessly. You'll help connect a variety of digital marketing mediums – email, SEO, PPC, social advertising, and marketing automation – to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Tasks:
  • Build and Empower a High-Performing Team: You'll guide a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Architect Strong Processes: Establish and refine efficient workflows, best practices, and documentation to ensure consistent and optimal campaign execution.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Analyze campaign performance across various channels, translating data into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to maximize client success.
  • Shape the Future of Digital Marketing: Develop a roadmap for the digital marketing practice, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success: Effectively communicate project details, budgets, timelines, and results with internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Become a Multi-Channel Master: Oversee and optimize all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and social media strategy and execution (organic and paid).

Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: 7+ years of proven experience within digital marketing.
  • Ecommerce & Social Media Expertise: Experience in ecommerce and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Proven ability to leverage email marketing automation features to personalize campaigns and drive results based on data insights.
  • Thrives Under Pressure: You excel at managing projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and exceeding expectations – all while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated success in driving results through comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, PPC, paid and organic social media, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing) from start to finish.
  • Marketing Technology Expertise: Proficient in a wide range of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Email Marketing Platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You possess a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, allowing you to translate complex strategies into engaging marketing materials that resonate with your audience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills to articulate complex marketing strategies and campaign results to both internal and external audiences.
  • Tech-Savvy Marketer: Proficient in a range of marketing tools including tag manager, data studio, heatmapping, analytics platforms, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Bonus: Certifications in Social, Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Google Analytics are a plus.
