Legility is seeking a corporate attorney with 5+ years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions to work with an Atlanta-based law firm client.  Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements and handling due diligence.  This is an excellent opportunity to work with a close knit and collegial practice group of an AmLaw 100 law firm.  This is a full-time, contract opportunity and all work can be performed remotely.  Part-time candidates will also be considered.  Excellent academic credentials and work history required.
