Insurance Defense Claims Management Attorney

Consilio is seeking an Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Attorney who has at least 5 years of litigation experience managing automobile accident insurance claims. You would be assisting with a large corporation. The Attorney will help collect information about 200 active litigation matters at any given time, get the information organized for easy and quick understanding by inhouse attorneys and track those matters through pre-litigation to trial (if necessary).

This role is set to last 3-6 months. Dallas/Ft Worth or Richmond, VA locations are preferred for occasional visits on-site but the role can also be fully remote if preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of insurance defense or personal injury experience dealing with automobile accident claims
• Familiarity with in-house needs and how to present risk, cost, and settlements
• Able to make recommendations to business units within a corporation 
• Active Bar admission in good standing

Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from $23 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate’s general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. The rate range for this position is $75 to $87 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
