Consilio seeks a Commercial Contracts Attorney in Plano, TX . The attorney should have approximately 4 years of experience which includes one year of transactional experience in logistics, 4 plus years in transportation, supply chain, and warehouse management. The attorney will be reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and legal documents associated with these areas. Additionally, this attorney will offer strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and manage legal risks associated with the client's business activities.

Requirements:

4-5 years of demonstrated substantive experience with logistics, transportation, supply chain and warehouse management and their related transactions and contracts
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating substantively related commercial contracts
Ability to work on-site, in Plano, TX three times per week, minimum
Juris Doctorate Degree from ABA-accredited institution
Must be Texas barred, active and in good standing
Estimated duration of 6 months
