Consilio seeks a Tulsa-based Employment Investigator to support one of the world's largest manufacturers of commercial aviation components. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of EEO Investigations and/or Employment Law experience. This is a part-time contract role that will be onsite in Tulsa, Ok for an indefinite duration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of EEOC claim investigations and /or Employment Law experience
- Demonstrated experience handling a variety of employment matters and conducting investigative fieldwork, including complainant, witness, and subject employee interviews.
- Demonstrated experience producing investigative documentation.
- Experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite in Tulsa, OK
